Baked Whole Wheat Bread & Vegetables Pudding

Ingredients:


Whole Wheat Bread Slices – 4
Boiled Mutter – 1/3 cup
Boiled Carrot – 1/3 cup
Boiled Beans – 1/3 cup
Red Chilly Sauce – 4 Tablespoons
Olive Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Oregano – 2 Teaspoons
Mixed Herbs – 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Ingredients For White Sauce:

Chopped Onions – 1/2 cup
Butter – 3 Tablespoons
Maida – 3 Tablespoons
Milk – 1 cup
Salt To Taste
Cheese As Per Required
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Method:

Cut Bread slices in to dices. Add Olive oil , oregano , mixed herbs ,salt  & mix well.
Take one pan heat butter & add chopped onions. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Maida and mix well saute for 1 minute.  Add Milk and stir continuously & make semi think consistency . Add salt & Pepper powder & mix well. Add Grated Processed Cheese & mix well.
Take one Bake dish . Add Bread mixture. Add Boiled mutter ,beans and carrot.
Pour white sauce . Sprinkle Grated Cheese & Pour Red Chilly sauce.
Switch on Micro Convection mode at 220 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ready To serve.
