Cheese Bolls (A Yummy Starter Filled With Different Types Of Cheese & Herbs )


Processed Cheese – 1 /2 cup
Ricotta Cheese – 1/2 cup
Grated Paneer – 1/4 cup
Fresh Bread  Crumbs – As Required
Salt to Taste
White Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
Italian Sizzling – 1 Teaspoon
Chilly Flakes – 1 Teaspoon
Corn Flour – As Required
Water As Required
Oil To Deep Fry


Take one bowl. Add Processed cheese, Ricotta cheese, Grated paneer, Fresh Bread 
crumbs, Salt, White pepper powder, Oregano, Italian sizzling, Chilly flakes and Mix it well.

Divide into ten to twelve portions and shape them into round bolls.

Make thin batter of water and corn flour. Deep Cheese bolls in batter, roll in the bread crumbs.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the rolls till golden brown and drain onto absorbent paper.

Serve hot with Sweet Red Chilly Sauce or  mint chutney or green chutney
