Ingredients :
Black Udad Dal – 1/2 Cup ( Soak For 1 Hour )
Butter milk – 1/2 cup
Besan – 1 Table spoon
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5
Red chilly Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Muster seeds – 2 teaspoons
Hing – pinch of
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
How to cook :
Presser cook dal .
Heat One pan & oil . add muster seeds & curry leaves . Add Hing , turmeric powder . red chilly powder & add dal.
Take one bowl .add besan and butter milk. mix it well . add this mixture in to dal .
Boil for 10 minutes or as per your required consistency . Garnish with coriander.. serve hot 🙂
