Ingredients For Dough :
Multigrain Flour – 2 cup
Salt To Taste
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Water – As Required
Ingredients for Masala:
Panipuri masala – 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
Method:
Take one bowl and add multigrain paratha ,salt , oil mix well and add water as required and make dough.
Take one bowl and add panipuri masala , red chilly powder , coriander powder , ghee and mix well.
Divide dough into 6 to 8 equal portion. Make paratha and spread masala and give them Triangle shape .Saute with oil or ghee .
Serve with curd .
