Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

Bread Slices – 4
Boiled Mashed Potatoes – 1 cup
Muster Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 Tablespoons + To Deep Fry
Chopped Onions – 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Green Chillied – 3 to 4
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 3 tablespoons
Grated Cheese – 2 Tablespoons
Chhat Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Water – For Soaking Bread
Method:

Heat two tablespoon oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds and saute till the seeds splutter.
Add onions and saute till translucent
Add green chillies and saute further for two minutes. Add mashed potatoes and salt and mix well.
Add coriander leaves and mix well and set it aside.
Add cheese, chaat masala, dry mango powder and mix it well.
Divide into eight equal portions.
Meanwhile soak the bread slices in water for few seconds. Remove and squeeze out excess water.
Stuff the potato mixture in the centre of the bread and roll it and then press it tightly. Do the same for the remaining
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the bread roll till golden brown and crisp in color.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and khajur chutney or and cheesy deep.
