Ingredients:
Rawa – 1 cup
Oats – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Water As Per Required
Salt To Taste
Green Chilly Chopped – 2
Tempering :
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Muster Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5
Udad Dal – 2 Teaspoons
Chana Dal – 2 Teaspoons
Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Hing – Pinch of.
Method:
Take One bowl and add rawa , oats , curd , salt , Green Chilly and water , mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
Take one pan & heat oil . Add muster seeds , curry leaves , hing .
Add this Tempering into rawa mixture and mix well.
Take Idali maker and pour this mixture .Steam for 10 to 15 minutes on high flame.
Serve Hot with coconut Chutney and sambhar .
