Preparation Time – 5 minutes
Ingredients:
Alphonso Mango Pulp – 1/2 Cup
Yogurt – 3/4 Cup
Sugar – As Required
Crushed Ice – As Required
Method:
Transfer mango pulp in to blender jar. Add sugar blend again. Add yogurt and crushed ice and blend again.
Take serving glass. Pour lassi and fill up glass. pour mango pulp and make thin layer. Put hung curd and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
Serve chilled.
