Pili Dal ( Urad dal + Skinless Moong Dal )


Serving – 2 

Ingredients:
Urad Dal ( skinless) – 4 Tablespoons
Moong Dal  ( Skinless ) – 4 Tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Muster Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves –  4 to 5
Hing – Pinch of
Turmeric Powder –  1 /2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Butter Milk – 1/4 Cup
Water – as required
Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons

Method:
Soak both dals for 1 hour and, presser cook for 2 to 3 whistle with 1 cup of water.
Take one pan heat oil, add muster seeds. let them splutter.add curry leaves, hing, red chilly powder. add cooked dals, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add butter milk, mix well. boil for  5 to 6 minutes. add coriander leaves.
Garnish with curry leaves spring.
serve hot.
