Ingredients:
Besan (Gram flour) – 1 Cup
Water – 4 Tablespoons
Corn Kernels – 4 Tablespoons
Cabbage, grated – 4 Tablespoons
Carrot, grated – 4 Tablespoons
Ginger – Chilly Paste – 1 teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
Lemon Juice – 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Fruit Salt ( Eno ) – 1 Teaspoon
Ingredients For Tempering :
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Mustard seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Method :
Combine all the ingredients and pour batter in baking dish.
Bake in Pre – Heated oven at 180 c for 20 – 25 minutes.
Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds and sesame seeds, pour this tempering into baking dish.
sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. let it cool, cut it and serve it.
