Ingredients:
Butter, @room temprecture – 2 Tablespoons
Milk, @room temprecture – 2 Tablespoons
Coco powder – 2 Tablespoons
Maida (all purpose flour) – 2 Tablespoons
Powdered sugar – 4 Tablespoons
Chocolate chips- as per your taste (optional)
Baking powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – pinch
Vanilla essence – 2 to 3 drops
Walnut, chopped – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Method:
Take one bowl, mix well all the ingredients except baking powder.
At last add baking powder and mix well.
Pour batter into microwave proof mold / bowl / mug. Tap once so adjust level.
Arrange this bowl into microwave and micro on high temprecture (900w) for 40 second. Rest for 30 second into microwave. Again micro for 1 minute.
Cool down for 1/2 minute. Cut ino pieces and garnish with walnut piesce and serve it.
Tip:
No need to add water to adjust batter consistency.
Brownie batter should be lumpy.so above milk measure is perfect.
Microwave time may differ as different brands.
