Ingredients:
Flatten Puri (puri which is used in sev puri) – 8 to 10 pieces
Ingredients for topping:
Kesar mango, finely chopped – 1 cup
Cranberries, dried – 2 Teaspoons
Onion, chopped – 1 small
Tomato, chopped – 1 small
Fresh coriander, chopped – 2 Tablespoons
Red chilly powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 Teaspoon
Kissan chatpata catchup – 1 Tablespoon
Black sesame seeds, toasted – 1 Tablespoon
Fresh mint leaves – for garnishing
Method:
Mix all topping ingredients well except black sesame seeds.
Arrange flatten puri on serving plate.
Put 1 Tablespoon topping on each puri.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds and garnish with mint leaves.
Sprinkle some red chilly powder and serve it.
