Peda Kulfi

Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 10 to 15 minutes
Setting time – 6 to 7 hours

Peda  (cardamom & nutmeg flavour)– 200 gm
Milk – 500 ml
Cashew nut, chopped – 2 Tablespoons
Badam, chopped – 1 Tablespoon
Sugar as required

Take one mixi jar, add Peda and 100 ml milk, blend well.

Heat reaming milk in pan, once it boil, add peda mixture, mix well.

Add cashew nuts and badam, Cook for 5 minutes.

Let it cool down.

Pour into freezer safe container, cover with lid, put it in freezer for 6 to 7 hours or till set.

Serve chilled.

Tip : I used cardamom and nutmeg flavour peda. You can use as per your taste.
