Sev tomato

Preparation Time : 5 Minutes

Cooking time : 10 to 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Raw tomatoes Paste – 4 to 5 medium size
oil – 2 Tbsp
mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Garlic cloves – 12 to 15
curry leaves – 4 to 5
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
Red chilly powder -to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Sev – as required

Recipe :

1 Heat oil in a pan.


2 Add mustard seeds,let them splutter.


3 Add garlic cloves,saute till golden brown.


4 Add curry leaves and turmeric powder, mix well.


5 Add tomato puree. ( blended tomatoes , red chilly powder and salt).


6 Cover the lid and Cook for 5 minutes.


7 Give a nice stir.


8 Add fresh coriander leaves,mix well.

9 switch off the flame.


10 Pour prepared puree in serving bowl, add sev of your choice.
Enjoy with Thepla or parathas.
