Beetroot & carrot Tikki With Cheese Stuffing


Boiled Grated Beetroot – 1/3 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/3 cup
Boiled Grated Potatoes – 1/2 cup
Fresh Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
Corn flour/ Besan – 2 Tablespoons
Chaat Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Red Chilly Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Green Chilly – 2 to 3

Ingredients for stuffing:

Grated Processed cheese -2 cubes
Green Chilly Chopped – 2 to 3
Chopped Onions – 1 Tablespoon


Take one bowl and mix all ingredients. Divide into equal 7 to 8 portions.
Take another bowl , add stuffing ingredients and mix well.
Stuff the cheese stuffing in the center of the beetroot mixture and roll it and press it tightly, shape it like tikkis .Do the same for the remaining .
Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in pan and shallow fry tikkis till golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with Green chutney.
