Ingredients:
Oil – 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves, semi crushed -10 to 12
Red chilly powder – 2 Teaspoon
Method:
Heat oil in kadai, sauté semi crushed garlic cloves till golden brown. Take it out garlic cloves from the pan and let it cool down oil. Add red chilly powder into oil, mix well keep aside for an hour. Sieve it.
