Moong Daal Bhajji

Enjoy this easy evening snack regularly or in monsoon with hot tea

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Moong Daal (Soaked for 4 hours) – 2 cups

Green Chillies per taste

Ginger as per taste

Garlic as per taste

Salt to taste

Onion chopped

Coriander Leaves

Oil to fry

Recipe:

  1. Take blending jar
  2. Take Moong Daal which is soaked in water for about 4 hours
  3. Add green chillies
  4. Add ginger and garlic cloves as per your taste. If you prefer on little spicier side, add more
  5. Add Salt
  6. Put this preparation to the mixing bowl and blend it well
  7. Once you have batter ready, pour it in big bowl
  8. Add sliced onions and coriander to it
  9. Mix well again
  10. Take oil in a pan and heat it on high flame
  11. add spoon full of batter and add it to the oil. you should add as many as you can as per the size of the pan
  12. Fry them till they turn golden brown
  13. Take them out when ready and put them on tissue paper to soak extra oil
  14. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup and hot tea

Twist:

Add roasted jeera in batter when you add onions
