Enjoy this easy evening snack regularly or in monsoon with hot tea

Ingredients :
Moong Daal (Soaked for 4 hours) – 2 cups
Green Chillies per taste
Ginger as per taste
Garlic as per taste
Salt to taste
Onion chopped
Coriander Leaves
Oil to fry
Recipe:
- Take blending jar
- Take Moong Daal which is soaked in water for about 4 hours
- Add green chillies
- Add ginger and garlic cloves as per your taste. If you prefer on little spicier side, add more
- Add Salt
- Put this preparation to the mixing bowl and blend it well
- Once you have batter ready, pour it in big bowl
- Add sliced onions and coriander to it
- Mix well again
- Take oil in a pan and heat it on high flame
- add spoon full of batter and add it to the oil. you should add as many as you can as per the size of the pan
- Fry them till they turn golden brown
- Take them out when ready and put them on tissue paper to soak extra oil
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup and hot tea
Twist:
Add roasted jeera in batter when you add onions
