Baked Rice Crackers

Preparation time -10 to 15 minutes
Baking Time – 40 minutes
Serving – 20 to 25 crackers

Rice flour – 1 cup
All purpose flour – 2 Tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
White sesame seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Semi crushed pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Baking powder – ½ Teaspoon
Water – as required

Mix all dry ingredients well, add required water and knead semi hard dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal parts.

Roll out each portion into 3 inch diameter. Cut into your favorite shape with the help of cookie cutter.

Prick the all crackers with fork. Apply some oil with the use of  brush.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20 to 25 minutes, then turn around, bake for 20 minutes or till the crackers are golden brown.

Let it cool down.

Store in an air-tight container.

Note : I have Samsung convection Microwave bought from Snapdeal. Baking time may differ as different brands.
