Preparation time – 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time – 45 to 50 minutes

Ingredients:
Rice flour – 2 cups
All purpose flour/ Mainda – 2 Tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Black Sesame seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Chilli flakes – 2 Tablespoons
Oregano – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Baking powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Curd – 2 Tablespoons
Water as required
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and make semi soft dough.
Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal parts.
Roll out each portion between two sheets of plastic into 3 to 4 inch diameter. Cut into star shape with the help of cookie cutter.
Prick the all crackers with fork. Apply some oil with the use of brush.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20 to 25 minutes, then turn around, bake for 20 minutes or till the crackers are golden brown.
Let it cool down.
Store in an air-tight container.
Note : I have Samsung convection Microwave. Baking time may differ as different brands.
